1. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEST: The Herman Miller, Inc. (SPONSOR) “What Inspires You?” contest (“Contest”) is designed to give Entrants (“Entrants”) the opportunity to submit a photo based on the question: Do you have a collection of items at home or at work that inspire you? A Prize will be awarded to two (2) Entrants who submit the best entries as determined by the judges in accordance with these Official Rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The following individuals are not eligible: (a) employees of Herman Miller, its subsidiaries or any of its independently owned authorized dealers and retailers; and (b) members of the immediate family of a person in (a) and/or those living in the same household as a person in (a).
3. HOW TO ENTER: This Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on November 30, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on December 14, 2009 (“Contest Period”). To enter, send a digital photo (.jpeg) of your collection to this e-mail address: tops@hermanmiller.com.
Submissions can be serious or humorous, but should be thoughtful, creative and original. Submissions must be submitted during the Contest Period. Sponsor or its designated representatives reserve the right to remove any Submission that does not conform to these Official Rules. Sponsor will not notify Entrant whether the Submission has been removed. By entering the Contest, Entrants agree, acknowledge and understand that all Submissions may be posted for viewing by the general public. Sponsor does not guarantee the posting of any Submission and reserves the right not to post a Submission for any or no reason. All Submissions become the property of Herman Miller.

5. WINNERS SELECTION: SPONSOR will select two (2) winners (the “Winners”) by December 17, 2009 based on creativity, originality, and appropriateness to theme.
Winners will be selected by Sponsor and will be contacted no later than December 18, 2009.
6. PRIZES: Two Entrants who submit the best entries as determined by the judges in accordance with these Official Rules will win the following Prize: a Herman Miller Select Solid Walnut Spinning Top Set.
7. GRANT OF RIGHTS: When the contest concludes, we'll be showcasing the entries online for the community to enjoy. All Entrants grant Sponsor the right to display their Submissions on third party websites such as Flickr.com, Facebook.com, and Twitter.com.
